About Sarah

I'm a Fully Licensed Masters Social Worker who earned her graduate degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. I'm a member of the 2018 Cohort of the Sexual Health Certificate Program at U of M, I'm a member of the National Association of Social Workers, and the American Association of Sex Counselors, Educators, and Therapists (AASECT). I recently became an alternate commissioner on the Farmington Area Commission on Community Health.  

I have experience working with adults, couples, and families, and I specialize in helping clients recover from trauma, anxiety, and depression.  I conduct therapy with authenticity, warmth, humor, and non-judgment. Utilizing cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, insight-oriented, and client-centered approaches, I work collaboratively to help clients achieve their own individual goals.
